Thank you for visiting the Navigate training site. This page is under construction. We are working on all our live and asynchronous training materials to ensure you have a wide range of resources while also protecting student information in accordance with FERPA.

For now, we will be conducting all other trainings in a live, virtual format.

New User Training: Recommended for anybody new to the Navigate platform and wants basic instruction on looking up students, creating student documentation, and find data on students in their majors/programs/certificates. Will NOT include appointment scheduling training.

New User Training: Appointment Scheduling: Recommended for any user who will need to use Navigate to schedule appointments. Will do a student scheduling demo and then discuss appointment availability, appointment management, and other scheduling tools.

Advanced Search, Student Lists, Reports: Recommended for ALL users who want an in-depth look at the advanced search feature and all associated tools. We will also dive into reports and scheduled reports in this session.

Appointment Center: Recommended for ALL users who have front desk duties or supervise front desk duties. Will review the Appointment Center details and manual scheduling options.
